Welcome to Inspect Practice. By accessing or using our website and web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
Use of Service: Inspect Practice provides an AI-powered exam preparation platform for building inspectors pursuing International Code Council (ICC) certifications (B1, B2, E1, P1, M1). You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Subscriptions and Payments: Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Automatic renewal occurs unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Intellectual Property: All content, features, and functionality of Inspect Practice — including exam questions, AI-generated materials, analytics, user interface, and proprietary algorithms — are owned by Inspect Practice and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
